Laban choose Linnet for the first dance……………
Laban is the largest purpose-built contemporary dance centre in the world. A centre of excellence for contemporary dance, that includes 13 dance studios, a 300-seat theatre, dance health suite, Pilates studio, library and café. The building was designed by Herzog and de Meuron, the Pritzker Prize winning (2001) Swiss architects who also designed the Tate Modern and the National Stadium in Beijing (2008 Olympic Games).
Herzog and de Meuron collaborated with visual artist Michael Craig-Martin to create this iconic and bold building with its translucent skin. The building won the Stirling Prize for Architecture in 2003 and was Britain's No. 1 'Most Inspiring Building in Britain' Telegraph Winner 2008.
Linnet Technology Limited is pleased to have secured essential maintenance works for Laban and look forward to stepping up to the mark!
